1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Wolf Real Estate Group Inc dba AttachDock ("Wrong Way Roommates," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of the Wrong Way Roommates iPhone app, website, support channels, and related services.
For the Wrong Way Roommates iPhone app distributed through the App Store, these Terms include an end-user license agreement for the licensed application ("Licensed Application"). These Terms are concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content.
By downloading, accessing, or using Wrong Way Roommates, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
These Terms do not replace, limit, or conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, App Store rules, or other Apple terms that apply to your Apple Account, purchases, refunds, Family Sharing, Game Center, iCloud, and usage of App Store applications.
2. What the App Does
Wrong Way Roommates is a casual iPhone arcade game where one-thumb movement controls two roommates in stacked rooms. Players catch good objects, avoid hazards, chase scores, share score cards, unlock cosmetic rewards through earned credits, and may use Game Center leaderboards and achievements.
The app is an entertainment product. It is not a safety, medical, financial, professional, legal, or productivity tool.
3. Eligibility and Legal Compliance
You may use the app and website only if you can legally enter into these Terms and comply with all applicable laws. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
4. License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms and Apple's applicable terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Wrong Way Roommates for personal entertainment on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Where Apple's rules and the applicable App Store product configuration allow it, the Licensed Application or purchases may also be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, bypass purchases or ad-removal entitlements, manipulate scores, automate gameplay for abuse, interfere with Game Center, attack the website, or use the app or website for unlawful, infringing, misleading, abusive, or harmful purposes.
5. Scores, Shares, and Gameplay Records
The app may generate score cards and gameplay summaries from your run, including score, survival time, cosmetic choices, and failure messages. You are responsible for the destinations and audiences you choose when sharing through the iOS share sheet.
Game Center scores and achievements may be visible according to Apple's Game Center settings and leaderboard behavior. Do not submit fraudulent, automated, or manipulated scores.
6. Purchases, Family Sharing, and Refunds
Wrong Way Roommates may offer a one-time Remove Ads non-consumable purchase. Purchases are handled through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. Apple processes payments, taxes, purchase records, refunds, Family Sharing, and payment methods.
If Apple refunds, revokes, reverses, or cancels a purchase, your related entitlement may be removed or changed. Family Sharing depends on Apple, your account configuration, and the App Store product settings.
7. Ads, Credits, and Cosmetics
The app may show interstitial ads between runs. Ads are not shown during active gameplay. Remove Ads hides eligible ads after purchase where the entitlement is active.
Credits are earned, not purchased. Credits may unlock cosmetic-only rewards such as character looks, visual styles, or music choices. Credits do not have cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.
8. Apple Services, Google Ads, and Third-Party Services
The app and website may rely on third-party services, including Apple, iCloud, the App Store, StoreKit, Game Center, iOS share sheet destinations, Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads, Cloudflare, and email providers used for support.
We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, terms, privacy policies, availability, security, billing decisions, account decisions, or conduct. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app and website.
9. Maintenance and Support
We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the Licensed Application as specified in these Terms or as required under applicable law.
You and we acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the Licensed Application.
Support questions may be directed by email at support@wrongwayroommates.com. Please do not send sensitive or confidential information through ordinary support email unless we specifically provide a secure method for doing so.
10. Apple Warranty Remedy and Third-Party Beneficiary
To the extent any warranty exists and has not been effectively disclaimed under these Terms or applicable law, we are solely responsible for that warranty. In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, for the Licensed Application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application.
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. After your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
11. Product Claims and Intellectual Property Claims
You and we acknowledge that we, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Licensed Application or your possession or use of the Licensed Application, including product liability claims, claims that the Licensed Application fails to conform to an applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, data protection, accessibility, or similar legislation.
You and we acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of the Licensed Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that intellectual-property infringement claim.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Wrong Way Roommates, the website, support channels, and related services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or replacement services arising from or related to your use of the app, website, support channels, related services, or these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country, state, province, or region.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app, website, support channels, or related services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms, except where a different notice or consent process is required by applicable law.
